Revitalizing 12-Week Mentored Home-Based Cleanse Program (C12)

This 12-week Cleanse Program will address all aspects of your life as a human being. You will have weekly live support with wellness expert Heather Indu Arena to address imbalances, release what is no longer serving you and claim your health and vitality.

In order to maintain harmony in life all of your expressions must be in balance. If any one part of you is lacking it slowly takes away from the other parts. That’s why this program is designed to gently and compassionately explore all aspects that make up who you are. This helps you to restore, rejuvenate, and enliven your life.

This Program Includes:
• Weekly live meetings with Heather
• Informational videos for your education, contemplation and understanding
• Home-based detoxifying protocol to address and release afflicted areas
• A loving and compassionate approach to liberate you from what no longer serves you
• Reclaiming your inspiration to live from balance and joy

This program is offered to a limited number of clients each month. Each new enrollment begins on the 4th Sunday of the month. You may register at any time. Once I receive your registration, I will be in touch to schedule our first meeting.

You have two options for taking individual sections of this Cleanse

1) Mentoring: This is a great option for those who would benefit from one-on-one support with Heather, as well as the pre-recorded videos associated with the topic of discussion.

2) Video Only: This is a budget friendly option to introduce you and provide you education to the topic.

About Heather Indu Arena
Senior Yoga Trainer & Ayurvedic Professional
For over 20 years I have been supporting my students and clients in their quest to live healthy, vital, and fulfilling lives and in that process discover who they are. It is a true joy to assist my students and clients relax so deeply that personal transformation unfolds naturally and compassionately.

It is my mission to empower individuals to live joyful and fulfilling lives from their authentic Self. I work individually and with groups creating and teaching powerful courses in order to reveal one’s source of strength and power. My foundational training comes from the ancient Eastern sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda which speak to health and balance coming from a felt sense of union. The Eastern teachings are more inclusive and accessible, to any- body which is different from our modern-day Western approach to yoga. I utilize my skills as a Senior Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Yoga Therapy Practitioner, Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Integral Breath Therapist and Energy Worker to skillfully and compassionately support my students and clients to transform their lives. My emergence into yoga began during my 8 years owning and growing a yoga studio with an intention of supporting a community of like-minded people. After selling my studio to 3 of my students I moved to the Amrit Yoga Institute to continue my own training and support them as Director of Programs and Senior Yoga Trainer. It is my love and devotion to being a yoga practitioner and studying its ancient teachings that enables my clients to discover this ancient wisdom in a joyful and powerful way.
